The Sanctuary Bar & Restaurant at Mercure Bunbury Sanctuary Golf Resort is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our friendly team.

About the Role
You'll be involved in a variety of front-of-house duties, including:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Taking food and beverage orders
- Preparing and serving drinks, including coffee (barista experience is an advantage)
- Operating the POS system and handling payments
- Setting up and clearing tables
- Assisting with functions, weddings, and special events
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant and bar environment
About You
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
- Friendly, reliable, and well-presented
- Able to work efficiently in a busy team workplace
- Flexible availability,
including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- A current RSA certificate is essential
- Approved Manager's Card is advantageous but not essential
