Our Red Frogs team in Australia is growing! We are looking for a passionate, agile, go-getting, organised, relational and visionary leader to help take our organisation to the next level in the role of VIC/TAS State Manager. The State Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for championing the mission of Red Frogs across Victoria and Tasmania.

Since 1997, Red Frogs Australia mission is to “safeguard a generation”, primarily offering peer support services in substance-filled youth environments. Red Frogs operates throughout Australia (and internationally), delivering programs in the spaces of high schools, universities, festivals, sports, skateparks, and schoolies/leavers.

The VIC/TAS State Manager is a pivotal leadership role that assists in delivering the mission of Red Frogs Australia. This role requires strong visionary and strategic leadership across all ministry programs. The State Manager will lead resourcing, planning, and high level church engagement, while also liaising with key partners to ensure excellence in program delivery. This role exists to build meaningful relationships that connect churches, partners, volunteers, supporters and communities to the mission of Red Frogs.

Working alongside the Chief Officer and General Manager, the State Manager leads strategic growth across the state,



develops healthy partnerships and creates opportunities for more young people to experience hope, support and connection. This role requires someone who can think strategically, lead relationally and inspire others to own the mission together.
