About Maggio’s Café
Maggio’s Café is a family-run hospitality group known for Italian-inspired menus, exceptional coffee, and warm, community-focused service. Our Cammeray location has been bringing people together since 1999. We offer house-made pastries, café classics, and fresh seasonal dishes in a much loved local setting.
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Barista to join our Cammeray team on a casual or full-time basis and help bring happiness to our customers through the pride and joy of the coffee that you make.
The Role
As a Barista at Maggio’s Cammeray, you’ll play a vital part in delivering consistent, high-quality specialty coffees and drinks that reflect our values of simplicity, flavour, and hospitality.
Successful candidates will possess:
- Quick and efficient hands to prepare high volumes of coffee for both takeaway and dine-in customers
- High quality barista skills
- A robust work ethic with a customer focused attitude
- At least 2 years’ experience working with specialty coffee
- Ability to follow guidance and adapt
- Ability to hit the ground running as Maggio’s Barista

Maggio's Cafe in Cammeray hours are:
- Monday to Friday: 6 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Saturday to Sunday: 6 a.m. - 3 p.m.
