We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to join our Perioperative team in a dedicated Orthopaedic Scrub/Scout role at Baringa Private Hospital. Work in a supportive team workplace and provide our patients with specialised and dedicated care. As a Registered Nurse you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered within the ward. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating and evaluating the care delivery needs of each individual patient.

About You
You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:

- Minimum of 12 months' perioperative experience as a scrub/scout nurse, predominantly in orthopaedic surgery
- Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
- Highly organised with a proven ability to manage emergency situations
- Demonstrates strong adaptability in dynamic situations
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
