Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Provide home care support/domestic assistance to participants with support needs including cleaning, cooking, and meal preparation.
- Personal care including getting them up, showering and dressing
- Driving participants to medical appointments or taking them shopping for groceries/essentials.
- Assist participants in successfully coordinating their support needs and in achieving outcomes of their NDIS plan.
- Qualified support workers will be providing complex care and medication management where applicable.

Position Requirements:

- Home Care Certificate and / or relevant work experience.
- Current Driver’s License
- Own a registered and fully insured vehicle that meets NDIS requirements (Optional).
- Meet Covid – 19 Vaccine requirements – Medical exemption acceptable or willingness to obtain.




- Relevant DHS/ NDIS checks and clearances in accordance with role requirements.
- A valid National Police Check/Certificate
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Current Manual Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Previous support worker experience is desirable.

Pay: From $32.00 per hour
