- Requirements (expected proficiencies):
- Proven experience working and managing a diverse team successfully in an outdoor/events setting
- Bump in/out experience with event equipment including marquees, furniture, staging, lighting and more
- A problem solver that can keep calm and get the job done no matter the situation
- Meticulously organised and effective in order to adhere to deadlines and keep the customer happy
- Open manual car license, MR or HR truck license & Forklift license

DO YOU HAVE EVENTS EXPERIENCE & THE ABILITY TO LEAD A TEAM?

- You'll have experience in leading a team and know how to manage different personalities, ages and skill sets in a range of settings.
- You can showcase your experience in the events industry and help develop our general hands into future leaders .
- No event is too small or too large for you to handle and you can assist our operations and management team in the logistical side of things as well
- You love being outdoors, mixing with clients and boasting about a job well done!
