NDIS Support Worker – Berwick | Casual Position

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and qualified Support Worker to join our team in Berwick. This role is well-suited to candidates who are patient, dependable, and committed to making a genuine difference in someone's life — whether you are new to the sector or an experienced support worker looking to grow.

Shift Available (25 hours/week):

- Monday–Friday, 10:00am–3:00pm (Hours and days may be readjusted to suit participants needs)

About the Role

You will support an NDIS participant with daily living tasks and community access, helping them build confidence, skills, and independence. We are looking for someone warm, professional, and committed to establishing a respectful and trusting working relationship with the participant.

Requirements:





- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid National Police Check
- This position is open to female applicants only, in accordance with a genuine occupational requirement based on participant preference
