About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Executive Talent Partner to join our Leadership Academy team within People and Culture. This role is pivotal in shaping our executive talent management and planning approach, identifying, developing, and retaining exceptional leadership whilst building a robust pipeline of future leaders across the Group.
Reporting to the Head of Leadership Academy, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on recruiting delivery, operating seamlessly across executive levels with genuine authenticity and accessibility.

What you'll be doing

- Leading executive and senior leader recruitment initiatives, including search strategy, market mapping, attraction, and candidate assessment.
- Designing robust selection processes that assess both capability and cultural fit, with measurable actions to enhance diversity in executive hiring.
- Conducting executive-level interviews and providing objective first-round assessments.
- Managing relationships with external recruitment partners and search firms, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
- Developing comprehensive executive talent strategies aligned to business strategy, regulatory obligations, and growth plans.
- Collaborating with P&C; Centres of Excellence on talent mapping outcomes and succession planning, capability gaps, and high-potential talent across our leadership group.
- Designing and delivering plans to proactively address gaps, succession risks and strategic talent sourcing.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with C-suite leaders,



senior executives, and Board members to translate strategic talent needs into actionable recruiting plans.
- Analysing talent metrics and market benchmarks to provide board-level insights on talent pipeline health.
- Supporting the design of executive development experiences and programs.
- Creating talent playbooks and best-practice standards to enable consistency and scaling.

What experience you'll bring:

- Extensive experience in senior leadership recruitment, talent management, or people strategy roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in executive-level hiring and search strategy, including management of executive search firms.
- Proven track record designing and implementing talent management strategies.
- Extensive experience building and maintaining relationships with senior executive stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of executive assessment, sourcing, and talent analytics.
- Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
- Experience working in complex, matrix organisations.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate strategy to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated experience leading talent acquisition project delivery.

Desirable:

- Experience with succession planning and high-potential talent development.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar talent sourcing tools.
- Familiarity with talent management platforms and people analytics tools.
- Experience with Board-level governance.
