About Us

Watch Exchange is an established luxury watch retailer with our flagship store in Bondi Junction. We are excited to announce the opening of our brand new CBD location in December 2025. We are now looking for a passionate Sales & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.

The Role

As the Sales & Digital Marketing Coordinator at Watch Exchange you will be responsible for creating promotional long & short form content across various social media platforms in order to increase brand awareness to drive sales. A solid willingness to learn about and sell timepieces (modern and vintage) is preferred.

At Watch Exchange we're looking to grow our social media presence surrounding short form content and long form vlog style content. To best interview for this role, please scope out our existing online presence and build what you feel would be the next steps for growing our brand awareness whilst continuing to engage our audience.

Responsibilities

- Delivering and executing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales e.g: content Ideas, posting schedules, upcoming trends, etc
- Create, produce and edit social media content across multiple platforms e.g daily uploads, scheduled stories/posts, long & short form content
- Coordinating staff for content shoots
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Think outside the box, take initiative, and work independently with confidence




- Work efficiently in a fast paced environment while remaining organised, proactive, and independent.
- Manage and update sales reports and inventory using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets

Requirements

- 2+ years digital marketing experience
- Ability to work within a fast paced environment
- Experience recording and editing social media video content
- Comfortable behind and in-front of the camera for content creation
- Strong management experience to coordinate staff for content shoots
- Strong sales and professional communication skills
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Knowledge and interest in watches preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Sheets + Docs
- Proficient in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube & WhatsApp
