About the role

Landing is seeking a talented Pastry Chef to join our skilled team in Scarborough, Queensland. As a full-time Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating beautiful pastries and cakes that get you excited to bake.

What you'll be doing

- A mix of prep, lamination and bake shifts.
- Collaborating with the Head Chef to innovate new menu items and seasonal offerings
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering of necessary supplies

What we're looking for

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pastry Chef
- Strong technical skills in preparing a diverse range of pastries and cakes
- A love for lamination and attention to detail
- Efficiency minded
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
