Working as the Health Worker Advanced - Outreach you will:

Make a difference where it matters most:
- Lead culturally respectful child health programs that empower families and strengthen communities
- Deliver impactful initiatives including health checks, immunisations, education, and prevention programs
- Champion healthy lifestyles through nutrition, activity, and parenting support
- Guide and mentor health workers while managing resources and driving service excellence
- Work with autonomy, using initiative and sound judgement to solve problems and improve outcomes
- Uphold high standards of care, ensuring safe, quality, and meaningful health services for children and families

Base salary comprising between $2,964.50 - $4,076.70 per fortnight - you may be eligible for additional benefits - refer to Workplace benefits | Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service
