About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Cocktail Bartender to join Colombo Social for Friday and Saturday night shifts.

You will work primarily on the dispense bar, preparing cocktails, wine, beer, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks quickly and consistently. You will work closely with the bar back and floor team to keep service running smoothly during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare cocktails and other drinks accurately and efficiently.




- Manage high-volume dispense orders.
- Work closely with the bar back and floor team.
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar.
- Support beverage sales through solid product knowledge.
- Complete opening, closing and restocking duties.
- Follow RSA, food safety and workplace safety requirements.

About You

You will bring:

- Previous cocktail bartending experience.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer.
- The ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Availability on Friday and Saturday nights.
- A current NSW RSA certificate.

Pay: $33.85 – $34.96 per hour
