About the Role:

Mercedes-Benz Miranda is currently recruiting for a driven and experienced Service Advisor to join our prestigious Service Department.

This position is Permanent Full-Time - Monday to Friday - 7:30am to 5:30pm.

Responsibilities:

- Providing outstanding customer service by being the point of contact between the customer and the workshop
- Coordinating the customer car pick up, cleaning and delivery time
- Liaising with the customer on estimated completion times, updates and follow up required
- Confidently and accurately communicating to the customer around their vehicle




- Preparing invoices and closing allocated repair orders in a timely manner

About you:

- A passion for exceptional customer service
- Previous experience as an automotive service advisor; ideally within a prestigious Automotive Brand
- Experience with ERA Net/ Power - highly regarded but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A reliable, punctual and hardworking disposition
- Sound organisational skills and time management
