We are seeking freelance field engineers from Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin and Hobart who are qualified with Cisco and Windows skills to perform in office activities during a remote intervention.
We are interested in the following areas of expertise:
- Rack mounting and configuring the Hardware unit ( Mainly Cisco devices)
- Cable patching and circuit turn up
- Consoling into the device on Laptop and taking instructions from remote Engineer.
- Performing necessary testing with the remote engineer.
- Basic router configurations if required
- Cisco Routing and Switching
- Unified Communications / IP Telephony / VOIP
- Mobility Solutions – Wireless LANs / Controller Implementation / Security
- Video Conferencing – Cisco Telepresence (desktop/small conference rooms)
- Smart Boards
- Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint Firewall etc
We are also interested in the following Windows based IT expertise:
- Installation/Upgradation of security related agents (AV, Patch management & Application whitelisting)
- perform Windows update
- Install Printer Driver
- Perform File server configuration
- Remove MS Office suite if found pirated/home edition and install standard version
- Other requirements:
- workstations client digital certificate and installation
- Migrate each email to 0365 platforms
- Setup calendar, rules in newly created profile
- Upgrade Service Pack of MS Office suite
