We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance function across apparel, footwear and accessories. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining product quality standards throughout the product lifecycle, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, minimise defects and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement and continuously improve quality assurance systems, procedures and standards.
- Conduct product inspections and quality reviews throughout development, production and post-production.
- Investigate product defects, customer complaints and non-conformances, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor supplier quality performance and work collaboratively with overseas manufacturing partners to improve product quality.
- Prepare quality reports, analyse quality trends and provide recommendations to management.
- Maintain quality documentation, testing records and compliance reports.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Design and Production teams to ensure products meet company specifications and customer expectations.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, manufacturing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace health and safety requirements and relevant product standards.

Essential Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in quality assurance or quality management within the apparel, footwear or textile manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated experience implementing quality management systems and inspection methodologies.
- Experience working with overseas suppliers and manufacturers.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and continuous improvement.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and manufacturing requirements.
- Robust leadership skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Pay: $78,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
