We are currently seeking dedicated support workers with mental health experience (essential), to provide individualised, person-centred support for our clients residing in Mordialloc, Elsternwick and Narre Warren.

About the Role:

You will be supporting our clients who present with a range of complex physical and mental health conditions.

Your role will focus on both emotional/social support and community access, including:

- Engaging with them and encouraging positive social interactions
- Social support including outings and encouraging participation in meaningful daily activities.
- Monitoring and responding compassionately to their mental health needs.





Qualifications & Experience

- Experience in Mental Health (essential)
- Current Victorian Driver License (essential)
- NDISWC & WWCC (essential)

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Worker Screen Check (Preferred)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- First Aid Certification (Preferred)
- Working with Children Check (Preferred)
- Victorian Driver Licence (Preferred)
