Hanna Lawyers is seeking a motivated final-year law student to join our team as a Legal Clerk/Administrative Assistant, working 2–3 days per week, with the opportunity to transition quickly into a Graduate Lawyer position upon admission.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience across a broad range of legal matters while working closely with experienced practitioners who are committed to mentoring and developing the successful candidate.
About the Role
You will be involved in a variety of legal and administrative tasks, including:
- Assisting with residential and commercial conveyancing transactions;
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence;
- Assisting with leases and property matters;
- Supporting wills and estate planning matters;
- Assisting with criminal law and civil litigation files;
- Attending client conferences, settlements and Court appearances;
- General administrative and practice support.
About You
To be considered for this role, you should:
- Be in the final year of your law degree;
- Have robust written and verbal communication skills;
- Possess excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;
- Be proactive, reliable and eager to learn;
- Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in a legal or office environment is desirable but not essential.
