What You'll Be Doing

Delivering premium vehicle handover experiences that exceed customer expectations

Becoming the primary point of contact between vehicle purchase and delivery day

Welcoming customers and ensuring they feel excited, informed and confident about their new vehicle

Coordinating with sales, finance,



service and administration teams to ensure every delivery is flawless

Showcasing vehicle features, technology and functionality with enthusiasm and confidence

Creating a personalised and memorable experience for every customer

Managing delivery appointments and ensuring every promise is fulfilled before the customer arrives
