About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Lawyer, to join our dynamic team based in our Sydney CBD office,



in our plaintiff personal injury practice, with an emphasis on abuse claims.

Key Responsibilities:

- - Direct liaison with clients and providing accurate and timely advice

- Preparing Court documents/orders and general correspondence

- Managing high volume files and matters with occasional supervision

- Attending court, dispute resolution and settlements

- Legal research

Successful Candidates Will Have:

- - A valid Practising Certificate

- At least 1-2 years PQE

- Understanding of personal injury and abuse matters and processes

- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and handle matters with sensitivity

- Strong negotiation, mediation and advocacy skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong client relationship and business development skills
- Ability to prioritise work and manage competing deadlines
