【Job Responsibilities】

1.Develop new sales channels and establish and maintain relationships with dealers, agents, and other partners;

2.Formulate and implement channel strategies, optimize channel structure, and enhance sales coverage and market share;

3.Provide product training and marketing support to channel partners, ensuring the achievement of sales targets;

4.Regularly track channel sales data, analyze market trends, and optimize channel operation strategies;

5.Monitor the implementation of channel policies to prevent issues such as grey market sales and price confusion, maintaining market order;

6.Complete other tasks assigned by the company and senior management.

【Job Qualifications】

1.Bachelor’s degree or above; no specific major required;





2.At least 7 years of experience in automotive market channel development or related industries;

3.Familiar with the local living and working environment, with a strong network of contacts;

4.Strong team spirit, excellent execution skills, ability to work under pressure, organizational and coordination abilities, and solid negotiation skills;

5.Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic office software;

6.Able to communicate in basic Chinese for daily conversations; proficiency in Chinese as a working language is a plus.
