We're seeking a high volume experienced and ambitious Barista / All Rounder. This is a recruitment for 3 stores, Chermside, Stafford and Brookside

To be considered, you must

- Have full availability from 7.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Sunday.
- Be able to work more than 12 months and more than 24 hours per week.
- Be seeking long term employment and focus on hospitality as a career
- Complete all screening questions when you apply.
- Be available to accommodate a 7-day roster from open to close. Especially on Weekends and Public Holidays.
- Be wanting to work toward a Shift Supervisor role in future
- Be able available to start immediately.

What is the role?

- You will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience by providing great customer service.
- You will be also be responsible for making coffees & drinks, waiting tables duties, food preparation, cash handling, cleaning and ensuring the store remains at the highest level of hygiene.
- This is a casual position with up to approximately 38 hours per a week for the right candidate. Juniors with 1 year experience are welcome to apply (Junior rate of pay will apply)

About you:

- Minimum 2 years barista experience. Recently worked in a high volume café.
- Willing to learn and perform duties in other areas of the café.
- Able to fill shift on short notice.
- People oriented and great at multitasking.
- Live locally or a reasonable distance on the Northside of Brisbane.
- Solid communicator and a team player.
- Must be able to work at either Chermside,



Stafford and Mitchelton .

Store trading hours

- Monday to Sunday 8:00am to 5:00pm
