The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cutting various types of meats to the highest quality standards while providing excellent customer service to clients.

Skills:

- Proven experience as a butcher
- Strong knowledge of meat preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cut various types of meats including beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and game meats
- Ensure all products meet the highest quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work setting
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:





- Associate degree or equivalent experience in butchery
- Certification in food handling and safety preferred
