We are currently recruiting Day Crew, Overnight Crew, 24/7 Available Crew and Youth Employees currently in school.

No previous experience is required

Earn up to $41.73 per hour

Your earning potential depends on your availability and the shifts you are able to work.

Day Crew (Priority Position)

Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Perfect for:

- Adults seeking stable employment.
- Early school leavers (16+ and no longer attending school).
- Individuals looking to develop into leadership positions.

Earn up to $34.78 per hour on weekdays and up to $41.73 per hour on weekends.

Overnight Crew (Priority Position)

10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Our overnight team receives additional penalty rates for working late-night hours.

- Up to $37.56 per hour from 10:00 PM onwards
- Up to $38.95 per hour between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM
- Up to $41.73 per hour on Saturdays and Sundays

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to work overnight shifts.

Parent-Friendly Shifts

Approximately 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday - Friday)

We understand that balancing family commitments with work isn't always easy.

We work closely with parents to develop rosters that suit both your family commitments and our operational needs.

Earn up to $34.78 per hour on weekdays, with the option to work weekends if you choose, where you can earn up to $41.73 per hour.

Afternoon & Evening Shifts

Monday - Friday | Approximately 4:00 PM - 9:30 PM

Ideal for: individuals still in school, looking to develop their critical career skills,



and develop valuable workplace and leadership skills while earning an income.

Earn up to $34.78 per hour on weekdays.

24/7 Availability (Highest Priority)

Applicants who are available to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights and weekends have the greatest opportunity to maximise their hours and earnings.

Earn up to $41.73 per hour.

The greater your availability, the greater the opportunity for regular shifts and career progression.

As a Crew Member, you'll help deliver an outstanding experience for every customer by:

- Preparing Gold Standard Quality food.
- Providing rapid, friendly, and accurate customer service.
- Preparing beverages and desserts.
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness throughout the restaurant.

- Following McDonald's Quality, Service & Cleanliness (QSC) standards.
- Working safely while supporting an inclusive and respectful workplace.

Mandatory Requirements

To be considered, you must:

- Have the legal right to work in Australia (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or an eligible Visa Holder).
- Be willing to provide evidence of your right to work in Australia.
- If you are 18 years or older, successfully complete a National Police Check (paid for by the M&H; Ward Group if your application is successful).
