The Chance

We are looking for a reliable, detail-focused Commercial Cleaner to join our team at a single site in Milton. This role is best suited to someone who is confident working independently, can consistently commit to the roster, and is comfortable performing physical cleaning duties in a client-facing environment.

In this role, you will:

- Complete general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and scrubbing
- Clean and disinfect offices, amenities, shared areas, and lunchrooms
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
- Operate machinery such as buffers, scrubbers, and floor sweepers where required
- Remove waste and restock consumables
- Follow site procedures and workplace health and safety requirements
- Provide a consistent, high-quality service experience for the client

Essential Requirements

Due to client and site security requirements, the successful applicant must be an Australian citizen and be willing and able to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) security clearance

- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 6am to 8.30am on an ongoing basis

· Reliable transport to and from the Brisbane CBD site for each shift





- Current National Police Check issued within the last 3 months, or willingness to obtain one before commencement
- Ability to work independently and follow site procedures without close supervision
- Physical capacity to complete repetitive cleaning tasks, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and operating cleaning equipment safely throughout the shift

Applicants should note that security clearance eligibility is assessed by AGSVA and generally requires Australian citizenship and a checkable background.

Preferred Skills and Experience

- Previous commercial cleaning experience in offices, amenities, or similar environments
- Experience using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent standards
- Good communication and time management skills
- A dependable work history and commitment to attendance and punctuality
