In this role, you will be responsible for operating a forklift, assisting with CNC machine operations, keeping the factory clean and tidy, performing general factory tasks, and receipting in deliveries as required.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely operate a forklift to transport materials, load/unload trucks, and organise inventory within the facility.
- Sort and load boards into the CNC machine for production, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The CNC must be stocked and always running.
- Routine cleaning, equipment maintenance, and general upkeep of the factory to ensure a safe and productive work environment. All areas are to be kept clean and tidy at all times, this includes kitchenettes, staff rooms and toilet blocks.
- Support delivery processes by loading/unloading materials and assisting the delivery team when required.
- Receive and accurately account for all boards.
Store them in an organised manner and label clearly for easy identification.
- Driver as and when required.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience operating a forklift (Forklift certification preferred)
- Familiarity with CNC machines is a plus but not required
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Willingness to assist with a variety of tasks as needed
