Role Overview
We are seeking passionate individuals with strong customer service skills who can deliver exceptional dining experiences. You’ll be welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, handling payments, and ensuring our guests leave with a smile.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and professional customer service
- Take food & beverage orders with confidence
- Serve dishes and drinks efficiently
- Maintain clean tables and FOH sections
- Upsell desserts, cocktails, and premium steak cuts
- Work collaboratively with the FOH and kitchen team
- Follow all restaurant service standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive energy and a team-first attitude
- Ability to work nights & weekends
- Must be reliable and punctual
- RSA (for alcohol service roles)
