We're on the lookout for an exceptional Executive Housekeeping Managers to lead some of our elite teams working across Perth.

Leading your team, your day would simply look like this:
- Setting up the key tasks for you and the team
- Team briefings to conquer the challenges ahead
- Work with the hotel leadership team on short- and long-term quality metrics
- Delivery of rooms to the hotel on time for guest arrival
- Keep in touch with the team and provide resourcing as required
- Administration relating to Health and Safety, billing and rostering
- Ensure guests are serviced with a smile
- Hand over effectively to the team
- End your day knowing that tomorrow will bring a whole new set of adventures to be had
To be the winner of this trophy we would need you to have:
- A strong appetite to build and sustain relationships
- A passion to strive for excellence
- Time management and efficient work habits
- An understanding of annualised budgets
- Determination to provide a safe workplace
- A no nonsense approach to compliance
- A well-presented problem-solving attitude
- An ability to work on weekends and public holidays when required
- No formal qualifications are required
- A depth of experience as an EHKM in high end 5-star hotel will be highly regarded
