About the Role
We're looking for a driven Business Manager to run and grow AdCoat Graphic Solutions, starting part time with the opportunity to move to full time. You'll manage the day-to-day and play a hands-on role in growing the business over time.
About Us
AdCoat Graphic Solutions provides coating solutions for printing companies and banners, working with some of the largest printing companies in New South Wales. We supply anti-graffiti and UV protection products to the market.
About You
- Self-motivated, driven, and positive, with strong initiative
- Strong sales ability
- Solid management and leadership skills
- Able to read basic financials to make informed business decisions
- Technical ability
- Good communication skills
- Sound business decisions
- A genuine interest in growing a company, not just running it
