Project Manager - Asset Performance

Job description

A Project Manager - Asset Performance is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering capital works and asset improvement projects for government or commercial property portfolios. Typical responsibilities include:

Managing projects from planning through completion.

Preparing project delivery plans, schedules, budgets, and cost reports.

Coordinating consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Monitoring project progress, risks, quality, and compliance.

Managing monthly project status and financial reports.

Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standards.

Supporting procurement,



contract administration, and client communication.

Mentoring Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators when required.

Typical requirements

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Property, or a related field.

Experience managing capital works or infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and contract management.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Pay: From $10,000.00 per month
