We're Looking for a Leader, Not Just Another Plasterer.

Lady Tradies Trade Services is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Onsite Plastering Supervisor to join our team.

​This role is suited to a qualified and experienced Gyprock Plasterer who enjoys leading a team, managing jobs, and delivering high-quality workmanship across residential insurance repairs and private works throughout Southeast Queensland.

​You will be responsible for supervising on-site plastering works, supporting our tradespeople, coordinating materials, and ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to our high standards.

This isn't a desk job. We're looking for a qualified Gyprock plasterer with a minimum of 10 years' experience who is still happy to be on the tools while leading from the front.

About the Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Supervising plastering teams and subcontractors on site
- Running jobs from start to completion
- Coordinating materials and ordering supplies as required
- Ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with job requirements
- Liaising with clients, supervisors, and internal team members
- Problem-solving on site and providing practical solutions
- Supporting a positive and productive team environment
- Working alongside the team installing plasterboard walls and ceilings

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Qualified Gyprock Plastering experience




- Minimum 10 years' industry experience
- Strong knowledge of residential plastering repairs
- Ability to lead and supervise a team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities
- A strong focus on quality, safety, and customer service
- A current driver's licence and White Card
- Full working rights in Australia

Previous experience supervising trades, managing insurance repair works, or coordinating residential projects will be highly regarded.
