Rockhampton Mobile Mechanic is looking for an organized, friendly and motivated Service Advisor to become the face of our business and help deliver an outstanding experience for our customers.

About the Role

As our Service Advisor, you'll be the vital link between our customers and our technicians. You'll ensure every customer receives transparent communication, professional service, and confidence that their vehicle is in good hands.

Your Responsibilities

- Greeting customers and handling enquiries by phone, email and in person
- Booking vehicle servicing and repairs
- Preparing quotes and job cards
- Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
- Scheduling jobs to maximize workshop efficiency
- Processing invoices and payments
- Ordering parts and liaising with suppliers
- Maintaining accurate service records
- Working closely with our technicians to ensure repairs are completed on time

About You

We're looking for someone who has:





- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- The ability to multitask in a busy environment
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Automotive knowledge or Service Advisor experience (preferred but not essential)
- Parts interpreters are encouraged to apply

Pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
