The Role

We’re looking for experienced Electrical Leadership to join our team delivering the newly awarded CLAHDO project at Cape Lambert. This is a long-term project on a 2:1 roster through to Q1 2027. This role will be offered on a 2:1 FIFO roster with responsibilities including:

Leading by example on the tools, promoting safety, quality workmanship, and productive work

Coordinating and supporting electricians, trades assistants and apprentices while reinforcing company policies, secure work practices, and positive team culture

Completing risk assessments, address hazards, assist with JHAs/toolbox talks, and maintain compliance with electrical legislation.

Occasionally stepping‑up as Electrical Supervisor as required

Supporting shutdown and projects activities, tooling/consumable management, equipment upkeep, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You will Need

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role, with the ability to demonstrate:





Minimum 3 years’ experience as a qualified electrician in mining construction projects and shutdown environments

Strong understanding of electrical maintenance, installations, cable pulling, terminations, and fixed‑plant systems

Strong work ethic, self‑motivation, and proactive mindset
