Our Inner Sydney specialist orthodontic practice is seeking an energetic Receptionist. Monday to Friday 8-5 with RDOs. NO WEEKENDS or late nights.

You will be extremely well-organised, self-motivated and offer a professional service to staff and patients. You must be well-presented.

You will have the ability to exercise initiative, courtesy and discretion.

It is important that you have extraordinary customer service experience and that you are very well-presented with proven customer service skills.

You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

Only those candidates with a long-term view should apply.

Must have proven and demonstrable experience in a similar role.

ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES

Excellent written English and verbal communication skills;

Good typing and computer skills;

Financial experience with EFTPOS, invoicing and accounts;

Flawless attention to detail and urgency when handling patient queries;

Permanent Australian Residency is essential.
