The Role We're looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. Reporting to the Head Chef, you'll take ownership of your section, maintain exceptional food quality and consistency, and be a reliable, hands-on presence in a fast-paced kitchen workplace.

What You'll Be Doing

- Running your section efficiently and confidently during service
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to Tony's Woodfire standards
- Ensuring consistency in quality, portion, and presentation every service
- Managing mise en place for your section — prep, stock levels, and organisation
- Following and upholding food safety, hygiene,



and allergen procedures at all times
- Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen staff
- Communicating effectively with the Head Chef and broader kitchen team
- Contributing to a positive, professional kitchen culture

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
- Solid knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure during busy services
- Strong attention to detail and pride in food quality and presentation
- A team player who communicates well and supports those around them
- Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for food and genuine enthusiasm for the hospitality industry

The Details

- Full-time position
- Mixed days and evenings across the week
- Based in Beecroft, NSW

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
