We are looking for compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team and provide quality support to a participant in the Frankston area.

We are seeking male and female support workers with strong communication skills and experience supporting people living with psychosocial disabilities.

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will support participants to live independently, build confidence, and engage in their community. Your responsibilities may include:

- Providing person-centred support based on individual needs and goals
- Supporting participants with psychosocial disabilities
- Assisting with community access and social activities
- Supporting daily living activities where required
- Building positive and professional relationships with participants
- Communicating effectively with participants, families, and the support team
- Following individual support plans and organisational procedures
- Completing accurate progress notes and reporting incidents as required

About You

We are looking for people who are:





- Experienced in supporting people with psychosocial disabilities
- Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful
- Reliable, qualified, and committed to providing high-quality support
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, where required

Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour
