Casual Pressure Washing Technician

starting at 1-2 days a week, can increase hours as experience increases

$35/hr + upsell commission

GC Shine is a growing Gold Coast pressure washing business. I'm looking for my first team member — someone I can train up properly and build the business around.

What the work actually looks like:

Driveways, house washes, roofs, gutters and commercial sites across the Gold Coast. You'll be outside all day. You'll get wet, dirty and hot. Some days you'll be on a roof. Some days it'll rain and we'll still be working. If that sounds like a good day at work rather than a bad one, keep reading.

What I need from you:

- Based in or near Southport (early starts, no long commute)

- Own car with a towbar (trailer towing - reimbursed for fuel/wear)

- Comfortable working at heights and on roofs

- Reliable

- Careful with other people's property, this matters more than speed





- Happy to talk to customers on site

Experience is not required. I'll train you on everything: equipment, chemical ratios, surface types, safety.

What's in it for you:

- 1-2 days a week now, with prospect for more work as you learn to work solo and eventually run a crew.

- Commissions on any upsells you close on site

- Pay reviews at 3 and 6 months tied to what you can run solo
