- Front of House Attendant
Objectives
The key objective of the Front of House Attendant role is to provide excellent customer service to our patrons through the provision of food, beverage and gaming services.
The successful candidate/s for the role will be working across all departments of the venue and will be provided with comprehensive training to ensure positive member experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with patrons to ensure their needs are met and they have a positive experience within the venue
- Serve beverages to patrons from behind the bar
- Undertake barista duties within the coffee shop
- Take food orders for the restaurant, and un food from the kitchen to patrons
- Assist in gaming related tasks, including beverage service to gaming patrons, as required
- Adhere to WHS policy and procedures
- Maintain RSA/RCG standards and apply appropriate measures to resolve any issues
- Understand and actively engage in any club promotions, referencing supporting material where necessary
- Maintain venue and personal presentation to the highest standard
- Any other duties as listed in the PD for the role, or as directed by Management
Front of House Attendant Position Requirements
- A team player who builds rapport with staff and encourages a positive culture
- Clear communication skills and the ability to develop healthy qualified relationships with patrons
- High-level customer service experience
- A lively and dynamic individual with a keen eye for customer needs and delivering memorable experiences
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) Certificate
- Immaculate grooming and hygiene standards
- Positive attitude
- Previous Bar and/or Gaming experience will be highly regarded
