We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to help keep our financial operations running smoothly. Whether you're after full-time hours or a part time arrangement that fits around your commitments, we're open to the right candidate.

What you'll be doing

- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Raising invoices and following up outstanding payments
- Reconciling accounts and assisting with month-end
- Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting payroll where required
- Liaising with clients,



suppliers, and internal staff on account queries

What you'll need

- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience in Australia (required)
- Sound understanding of Australian accounting practices and GST
- Proficiency with accounting software such as Xero or MYOB, plus Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and juggle competing priorities
