About the Role:

Working alongside classroom teachers, the successful applicant will:

Support student engagement and learning.
Coach and mentor teachers to build capability.
Implement inclusive practices and evidence-based adjustments.
Collaborate with families and external stakeholders.
Contribute to case management meetings.
Maintain student support and adjustment records.
Support student planning and NCCD processes.
