We are seeking Guest Service Agents / Hotel Receptionists to join our dynamic front office team. We welcome individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Applicants must be able to work full time shifts which may change as per the roster.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests
- Provide local knowledge and recommendations to enhance guest experiences
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping and other departments
- Check guest rooms to ensure comfort, cleanliness, and readiness




- Ensure the front desk and lobby remain clean and organized
- Uphold company policies and strive for continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in hotel reception / guest services (highly regarded but not essential)
✔ Knowledge of PMS software (e.g., Opera, RMS) – training available
✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to multitask & stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
✔ Qualified appearance and positive attitude
✔ Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends & public holidays (Preferred Availability: Tuesdays to Thursdays)
✔ Ability to handle challenges with professionalism and empathy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour
