Experienced Disability Support Workers – Casual Positions
SLC Supports is looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.
We support clients living with psychosocial and physical disabilities, and we're looking for people who genuinely care about the work they do.
We're looking for honest, reliable and caring people who turn up, communicate well, use their initiative, care about the people they support and take pride in doing the job well.
The Role
You'll be supporting clients in their homes and out in the community. No two days are the same, so we're looking for people who can think on their feet, adapt to different situations and build positive relationships with clients while maintaining professional boundaries.
What you'll need
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Disability Support Worker.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current Working With Children Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR.
- A current driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle.
- Robust communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine commitment to providing quality support.
Qualifications in Disability, Individual Support or Community Services are an advantage but aren't essential if you have the right experience.
