The Role
We are seeking a talented Team Administrator, to support our vibrant and busy Water, Dams & Hydropower team.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate that you are a proactive self-starter with a combination of energy and commitment to excellence with the ability to anticipate the team’ requirements. Your superior problem-solving skills will assist you to navigate through a complex organisation and competing deadlines. You work well autonomously but you are an excellent team player who enjoys an agile and team-oriented setting.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Independently completing the team's administrative tasks
- Drafting and finalising correspondence, as required
- Collating reports and statistical information and creating PowerPoint presentations
- Preparing, co-ordinating and distributing documents, reports and presentations including: functional and team reports, pipeline reports, monthly reports, resourcing planning and client material
- Supporting bid and proposal opportunities
- Booking travel and training where required
- Reconciling invoices
- Management of meeting room bookings, catering and equipment requirements
Suitable applicants will have/be:
- Experience in a similar role supporting a vibrant and busy team
- 3+ years' corporate administration experience ideally within an engineering / projects environment
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to liaise with multiple stakeholders
- High level of organisational, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Well versed across MS Office tools
- Exposure to proposals / bid assistance would be highly valued however not essential
