Lead Global Recruitment Operations Across Australia, New Zealand, USA & UK

We are working with a leading organisation seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Manager to take ownership of their international recruitment function. This is a unique opportunity to lead a global team, influence recruitment strategy, and make a direct impact across multiple markets.

This role is ideal for a recruitment leader who can hit the ground running — someone who is strategic but still enjoys being hands-on, building relationships and getting involved in the delivery of key hires.

About the Role

- Lead and develop a global Talent Acquisition Specialists, building a high-performing and collaborative team.
- Own end-to-end recruitment for senior, critical, and global-based roles, ensuring quality outcomes and a strong candidate experience.
- Oversee recruitment delivery across AU, NZ, US, and UK markets, managing priorities, workloads, and team performance.
- Build and improve recruitment processes, SOPs, workflows, and systems to support a scalable global talent function.
- Develop recruitment reporting and insights, including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and sourcing effectiveness metrics.
- Partner with hiring managers and people teams to improve recruitment capability, hiring practices, and outcomes.
- Support talent growth initiatives, including new contracts, market expansion, talent pipelines, and team capability development.




- Travel periodically to Melbourne and Manila to connect with teams and support global operations.

About You

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or 5+ years’ equivalent experience in Talent Acquisition or People Operations with leadership responsibilities.
- Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition teams or recruitment functions.
- Strong end-to-end recruitment expertise, with experience delivering senior, technical, or hard-to-fill hires.
- Hands-on approach with experience using recruitment technology, including ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong coaching and leadership capability, with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience recruiting across international markets, with exposure to at least two of AU, NZ, USA, or UK.
- Background in technology, engineering, infrastructure, manufacturing, or similar sectors is advantageous, though we welcome diverse recruitment experience.
