Are you an experienced and reliable operator looking to join a professional team in the earthmoving industry? We are currently seeking a skilled Tractor & Laser Bucket Operator to assist with a variety of earthmoving and land preparation projects.
About the Role: As a key part of our operations team, you’ll be responsible for operating tractors fitted with laser buckets to achieve precision land leveling and site preparation. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate tractor and laser bucket equipment for earthmoving and land leveling
- Read and interpret plans, laser levels, and site specifications
- Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and safely
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating tractors and laser buckets in the earthmoving or agricultural sector
- Current driver’s licence (HR licence desirable)
- Strong understanding of GPS or laser-controlled systems
- Good communication skills and a team player attitude
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- White Card (Construction Induction) preferred
