Your Next Opportunity

We’re on the lookout fora Full Time Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team at our Lake Conjola Holidays site.

Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll play a key role in being the welcoming face of the park, helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents, and having fun while doing it!

In this Role, You’ll

- Lead the Front Office team by allocating tasks, supervising work, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Deliver exceptional guest service through warm welcomes, efficient check-ins/outs, and promoting park amenities and activities.
- Drive sales and bookings by converting walk-ins, upselling experiences, and promoting other Ingenia destinations.
- Coordinate holiday activities by planning,



setting up, and supervising programs that create fun, safe experiences for guests.
- Manage admin tasks including payments, guest queries, maintenance logging, and using systems like Newbook and MS Office.
