Retail Manager – SANA MEDITERRANEAN

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 + Super

SANA MEDITERRANEAN is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee daily retail operations and support the continued growth of our health and wellness business.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a proactive professional with strong retail management experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

SANA MEDITERRANEAN is an Australian-owned business specialising in premium health, wellness, collagen, and nutrition-focused products designed to support wellbeing and healthy living.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily retail store operations, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow
- Lead, supervise, train, and roster retail staff
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate inventory management, and ensure timely replenishment
- Deliver high standards of customer service and resolve customer enquiries professionally
- Implement merchandising and promotional strategies to maximise sales performance
- Monitor sales targets, budgets, and store performance reporting
- Maintain store presentation and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
- Support marketing and promotional campaigns to strengthen brand awareness




- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail procedures
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

- Diploma of Business or higher qualification, or equivalent relevant industry experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role
- Solid leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Proven ability to manage staff, sales performance, and operational targets
- Experience in stock control, POS systems, and retail reporting
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Passion for health, wellness, and customer engagement will be highly regarded
