Key Responsibilities
- Complete assembly of medical devices to strict quality and compliance standards, meeting daily production targets.
- Ensure proper segregation and control of assembled jobs to prevent errors.
- Assist in process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives alongside the team leader.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Support remediation activities when issues arise to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
- Minimum three years’ experience in medical device assembly or cleanroom production.
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with production methodology principles including quality control and cost management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
