Our restaurant is known for serving fresh, well-prepared meals that reflect consistency, flavour, and customer satisfaction.

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our kitchen team and support the preparation and delivery of high-quality meals for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of dishes according to standard recipes and portion guidelines.
- Assisting in menu planning and contributing ideas for seasonal and daily specials.
- Preparing ingredients through basic kitchen tasks such as cutting, marinating, and measuring.
- Ensuring food is cooked and presented consistently to meet quality standards.
- Maintaining stock levels and assisting with receiving and storing deliveries.
- Following food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures at all times.




- Supporting senior kitchen staff and working collaboratively within the kitchen team.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of kitchen workstations and equipment.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience working as a Cook in a commercial kitchen.
- Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery (Certificate III preferred or equivalent experience).
- Good understanding of basic cooking methods, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions.
- Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
