At Dream Doors Kitchens, we specialise in kitchen transformations — and not just any kitchens, the heart of the home. As part of the Perth South East team, you’ll be welcomed into clients’ homes where you’ll design beautiful, functional spaces using our signature kitchen facelift model.

But more than that — you’ll sell excitement, vision, and lifestyle. You’re not just a salesperson… you’re a trusted designer and project advisor, crafting memories and experiences in the most important room in the house.

The Role

As a Kitchen Sales & Design Consultant, your role is all about connecting with clients, understanding their needs,



and delivering smart, stylish kitchen solutions that align with their lifestyle and budget.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Attending in-home consultations across Perth South East
- Presenting quotes and bringing your designs to life through engaging, relationship-driven sales
- Working closely with installers and support teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Managing client expectations and building trust from start to finish

About You

You’re a people person. You’re confident walking into someone’s home, listening to their vision, and turning it into a design that makes their jaw drop — all while building trust and guiding them through the journey.

Ideally, you’ll have:

- Sales experience (especially in home improvement, retail, or design)
- Strong communication and people skills – you’re a natural connector
- A flair for design and space planning
- The ability to follow a proven sales process while adding your own personal touch
- A reliable vehicle and current driver’s licence
