We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated team member to join Huon's Marine Operations Bath Crew, based near Dover. No two days are the same as you work alongside experienced professionals on our Well Boat, helping deliver world-class salmon farming operations.

What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the Bath Lead, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day operations of our Well Boat, including:

Supporting salmon husbandry and bathing operations

Assisting with harvest and smolt transfer activities

Carrying out general pen maintenance

Supporting Central Support teams across our farming zones when required

We currently have a variety of shift vacancies, including morning (5:00am–4:21pm), afternoon (12:00pm–11:21pm), and night (8:00pm–7:21am) shifts.

Working a full-time 7 days on, 7 days off roster,



you'll enjoy plenty of time to recharge while developing valuable industry skills. You'll also have the opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Aquaculture, gaining your Coxswain qualification along the way!

About You

You're someone who enjoys working outdoors and thrives in a hands-on workplace.

A passion for working on the water (aquaculture experience is a bonus)

Strong time management skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities

A commitment to safe work practices and confidence identifying and managing risks

Great communication skills and a team-first attitude

A keen eye for detail and a drive to continuously improve the way things are done
